Crispy slithers of beef steak, flavoured with sesame, soy and chilli, stir-fried in a sweet and sour tomato sauce and served on a bed of Chinese lime, sesame and soy noodles. To make this delicious dish cut the steak into strips and add to a marinade of egg, sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli flakes and a touch of sugar. Add the cornflour to the steak and marinade fry the steak strips till golden brown set aside. Cook the noodles and prepare the noodle dressing by mixing the chilli, lime, sesame, soy, sugar, and oil. Make the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce and white wine vinegar. Add the chopped chilli, grated ginger, and crushed garlic, to the wok and add the crispy beef and the crispy beef sauce. Dress the noodles with the lime dressing and serve on a plate with the crispy beef.

This recipe is quite hot so may not be suitable for small
children, it's not the cheapest dish so it might be for special occasions or for

We serve this dish with sesame and lime flavoured noodles,
but you can serve it with plain noodles, or with plain of citrus flavoured rice
